Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote hose. (0x80131620)

description

I quite frequently receive this error:
"Unable to write data to the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote hose. (0x80131620)"

It occurs when I am uploading videos to Facebook.
All of the videos are <200 MB and <2 minutes (MJPEG) and thus well within the Facebook requirements.
I am able to upload successfully at times. In fact, this time my system had successfully uploaded 3 videos before putting out this error.
However, at my office, even running across an openvpn connection of my own, I receive this error every time I try to upload a video.

Could this error be cause by an intermediary temporarily closing the connection. Such behavior might be cause by legitimate upload blockers (like at my office) but could also be caused by far less intential hourly reseting of VPN connections.

Thanks for your time and attention to this bug. I hope we can find some solution to this problem with .Net. How can we make the connection resilient.
